We are so BLESSED!

Okay, I need to be a proud mommy and share with you what we get to wake up to each morning. Malia's little personality is starting to come out and the morning times are the best! This morning I went in to find that our daughter had wiggled her way to the side of the crib, got her arm out, and then managed to get it stuck in the sleeve of her pajamas.

We need to start calling her the one-arm bandit!


It will always be a mystery.

Every time I unwrap her little papoose blanket she spends the first few minutes stretching. Which by the way is so cute!

In case you didn't see the previous blog entry, Malia started to truly smile this past weekend. Before she would only smile when she passed gas or was milk drunk, but now she actually smiles at people. YAY!! The feeling of the first time your precious daughter smiles at you is indescribable, it just melts your heart. I must confess though, you have to work pretty hard to get her to smile. In work, I mean making goofy faces and talking in silly voices. But whatever it takes, right? :) However, it's getting easier each day, hopefully before long she will smile all the time. Lastly, I want to share what it would look like if we had a day in which we could bring our little ones to work...

He was so proud to show her off to his co-workers.

By the way, August 12th Malia will turn 2 months old. WOW! Where has the time gone.
